According to the Lieutenant:
This wilderness explorer has got to be one of the funniest little guys I've ever seen. If Russell was real, there's no doubt in my mind he would sell the most shit for his boy scout group. He has no clue what is going on but is still able to tame Kevin.
I'm not saying I stand for everything Cartmen believes in, but I laugh at virtually every word that comes out of his mouth. Cartmen brings an unreal dynamic to South Park and makes it one of the best shows on television every year. I would love to have a kid like Cartmen in my group of friends and just listen to him rip on others.
You know when you see kids at a young age and just know that they are going to be cool when they are older? Otto Rocket was a sure fire stallion. He had the cool voice to go along with the cool swag as he skateboarded, snowboarded and surfed year round without a care in the world (I wonder if he went to flight school with Raymundo ever?) The cool kid for sure, he is a prodigy child who is also the captain of his roller hockey team. Not only that but he dubs Sam with the nickname "Squid".
Possibly the most underrated character in history. Randy Marsh can hold down a show folks. He is a hilarious character when you pay attention to him. He is always involved in the best episodes of South park. Here is a small taste.
The King. The one kid that everyone wished they were at one point in their life. Everything he did was so suave. He had swagger before we knew what swagger was. He was the benchmark for everything involved in our childhood. The kid that always got in trouble, but never got in trouble. No doubt he slayed every Ashley atleast three times during Recess. Even with a snitch he could still get by.
